This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Use (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms. Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates are as follows:
- Peninsular Malaysia:Â Estimated 3-5 business days
- East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak):Â Estimated 5-10 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances with the courier service, and we are not liable for any delays after the order has been dispatched.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damages
Al-Ulum Sdn Bhd is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of Malaysia.
